I use FS Build and also Flight Sim Commander 7 by Aerosoft to create and export flight plans for my PMDG 600/700. Can either or both of these software create flight plans which can be exported to PMDG 747-400 FMC?ThanksStanner

Stanner,What is good for the NG is good for the 744. They use the same .rte format.Hope it helps,

Just to add to the other reply, they are not only the same format, when both the 737 and 747 are installed they use the same directory to store plans. Therefore you just do the same auto export as normal and hey presto the plan can be called up from the co route option in either aircrafts FMC.
