hi all i have a problem with my pmdg 747 wich is that after i loaded the aircraft all the screen go black but the reaminig switches are working i ca turn on the battery and the apu ground power but i cant get no power on the main screens

Sorry to say, but try uninstalling and reinstalling the product. That should properly register it for the displays not to go blank.Sincerely,
