Problems with cockpit display

Featured Replies

I have been having problem with the pmdg 747-400 since i installed it. I am supplying a picture to show what the cockpit looks like when the power is on. There are things missing in the display. also when i start the sim i do not have a virtual cockpit or anything unless i go to the pmdg options menu and look for the virtual cockpit box. Even though the box is already checked i have to take the check away then put the check back in in order to have a virtual cockpit. This is everytime i start the sim. I have uninstalled the pmdg 747-400 thinking that a fresh install would fix the problem but it doesnt. Does anyone know what i can do to fix these problems???

Steven,You need to align your IRS (and read up on the AOM ;-)).Don't know about the VC. You could always save your own startup scenario with the VC checked and visible.Hope it helps,

Ok i have read and corrected the Irs i know understand what i need to do. everything works fine but no matter what i try i cant get the virtual cockpit to work right unless i go to the pmdg virtual cockpit option and check the box twice in order to make it work right. I have even saved my own default setup and everything starts up excactly the way i want it except for the virtual cockpit. Is there anything that you can think of or something that i can send youfrom my files that can help you figure this out.
