When I pull my joystick in 747-400, the big sound start, like as crash or demage a struture, I don't know, but the plane no warning light, nothing.The big continuos crash sound, only appear when I pull or push the plane.Help

Sounds like the "Stick-shaker" to me, stall buffet warning.

The sound you've attached is a the stick shaker sound which indicates that you are below the flight safety envelope for speed, and you are/will stall the aircraft.Make sure that you have the correct saftey speed for take off.In other words, you are flying too low a speed to maintain lift on your aircraft.Tom
