Ladies and Gents,Having logged several hundred hours with the -400 (several trips around the globe), I must admit that my confidence level with this technological marvel has reached an all time high. So I thought I would try my luck at something that would certainly cause the FAA to confiscate an otherwise good ATP certificate. Denver Intl to Askpen-Pitkin County/Sardy Field at night VMC conditions (broken layer at 12500MSL).Some specifics of the flight:{Routing} KDEN ROCKI4.DBL KASE{Approach} VOR/DME or GPS-C (Not Authorized at Night!){ZFW} 499,000lbs (a fairly well loaded aircraft){Fuel} 62,000lbs{Autobrakes} 4{Flap setting} 25 (I recommend using 30 next time)I initiated the approach from the published hold at DBL at 14000 feet (direct entry). Once on the PT Inbound, I began to configure the -400 to be at Ref +5 approx 3NM from FAF. It

>What length is that runway?Sign your posts.It's 7,000 feet long. Not the length of the runway that is a big deal, but the approach.
