Problem with PMDG Commerce Site?

Featured Replies

I tried installing the 747-400 this morning but the install routine noted that my credentials were in error. I find that I'm also unable to manually login to the PMDG commerce site with the note "An error has occurred in this store". I am using the credentials that I know are valid. Is there a problem with the site this morning? Thanks.Ed Lin, D.O.S.

Yeah me too... Lets hope it means that 744F is ready? :-)Boaz.

To Boaz:I strongly hope that is not the case that the store is down due to the impending delivery of the 744F. I remember the backend for the store was upgraded shortly after the QOTS release, so I wouldn't think it has to do with low store capacity. Plus, the release date hasn't even been announced. I'd give them at least another 3-4 weeks before release date.Cheers,

*lol* relax I am making a looooong shot:-) I was more hoping than actually analyzing ;)Boaz.

There was a momentary glitch with our eCommerce site and was (apparently) due to an overeager tech support engineer on our ISP who decided to pull a hard drive from the wrong machine... The problem was solved within 30 minutes from its appearance and everything's working as before this occured. (No, this has nothing to do with the upcoming release of the 747-400F, although Murphy might say otherwise ;-)).
