Saving flight plans.

Hi all,Just one question, How do I save manally created flight plans into the FMC, so that they may be entered into the CO ROUTE later?Thanks all.Mark

In the 737NG, once you've entered all of the waypoints and activated the route, choose SAVE from the Route page and it will automatically be saved with a default name such as JFKLAX001. If you enter a name that you wish to use instead of the default in the scratchpad before hitting the SAVE button, such as JFKLAX, the FMC will use that filename instead.The 744 works almost the same way, except you use the RTE COPY button. The naming convention remains the same.The route must be activated in both cases in order to save it. Also, you can view a list of flightplans that are saved in the FMC of the 737NG.
