Hi, As already mentioned, to get the lower display to work for the EICAS, i just needed to select the check box in the PMDG options to Over/Under. I did this and nothing happened to the lower display. It still appears black. Any ideas would be appreciated.David

That simply means it's off. Select a display mode on the EICAS control panel, located on the FO's side of the glareshield.
