After downloading 747 Queen of the Sky, I extracted the setup.exe file and attempted to run it.I inputted my email address, order ID, and password as directed in the instructions; however, the setup screen would freeze after I press the "validate" button. I've confirmed my input details and made 3 attempts to run the program, but each time the program freezes.Town

Is your internet connection active ?Do you have a firewall ? Is its configuration OK to let the installer send your data ?Do you use XP home edition or another OS ?Vincent
