APU Runnning doesn't show on the upper EICAS

Featured Replies

Hello all,I have a quick question.I did the new type rating course lastnight (which is excellent), but once I started the APU it didn't show that it was running in the upper EICAS. The available lights appeared on the APU generator buttons, it just didn't advise in the EICAS. I then did a search of the PMDG options to see if maybe I had deselected something, but no joy.Does anyone know how to solve this. I also did a search here before posting but couldn't find anything.Regards.

Wolfgang,Thanks for your reply.Yes it does look like the type course is refering to the 747F, it's a bit odd then that the FS files that come with the type course load up the PAX version. Oh well, I guess this is due to the fact that not everyone will have the 747F.I've had a look through the list on the EICAS and I can't find anywhere where it says APU Running, it does on the 747F granted, but not the PAX version. Maybe I need to reinstall.I'll report back once I've reinstalled. Thanks,
