I purchased the 747 product when it came out a while back. I have since had to install a new H.D. and am re-installing all my FS9 Software. I purchased the 747 Queen of the Skies extended download service, but cannot figure out where, or how i am supposed to re-download the aircraft. My original download link in the PMDG E-Commerce section is still saying "URL is Expired". I have sent PMDG several E-Mails regarding this, but have not recieved any replies. Can someone here help me out on what to do here ? Thanks in advance for the help.

hi thomas,the chaps at support must be busy or they didn't receive your email. did you get an automated response indicating they received your email? if not, try emailing them again, and perhaps from another email address.from what i understand, this could be erroneous, but they would send you another active link to download her again. so, good luck and email them otra vez (one more time).goodlcktomas
