HelloWhen inputing the information in the FMC of the 747 recently I received the following message "B3 VIA LOAD ERROR". I checked the load and fuel figures for the flight which seemed to be correct but the FMC would not accept my reserve fuel figure and I could not fill in that box. I completed the rest of the entries and the flight went well. I should obliged for any information on this error message.Alan Chadwick, Wales

That sounds more like a problem with an airway (the VIA thing) than a fuel issue - were you attempting to insert that airway?
