Does anyone know if there's a way to improve the quality of the Flight Video recordings that you can make within FS2002? Also, are there any programs available for converting the FS video file into Real Player or Windows Media format for replay?

There's no way to "convert" the built-in FS2K2 files to a video format. The reason being is the recorder in FS2K2 only records data, not what's on your screen. Think of it like a flight data recorder that's in real airplanes.
