When I open the right or left doors, the eicas will display a message, this message stay on even with the doors closed.

First, what airplane are you using? Have you confirmed visually all of the doors are closed? What method are you using to open and close the doors?Further information would be helpful.

I am using the latest 747-400 pax, and yes the doors were verified closed visually and on the lower eicas doors page, but the message would still come up, I am using the assigned doors-747 keycomand from the pmdg menu.

Okay, open the EICAS page from your panel switcher. On the right hand side of your monitor, there will be a EICAS toggle, which is used to switch from page to page (i.e.:FUEL to ENG). On the bottom left hand corner of the toggle, there is a button. Press and hold on the button for a few seconds. When you release, all of your EICAS messages on your MCP should be erased.
