August 10, 200619 yr Dear PMDG TeamI registered on your site, read over all your advertisements, touting the "Queen of the sky", added it to my shooping cart, and decided to use your paypal option to pay for the aircraft, after I payed $54.99, I clicked the "Return to Merchant Button"; which returned me to your site, where I found nothing! That was on the 8th of August.Well I wrote you all twice already, do you ever answer anyone who uses the contact method that you'll have on your own site? I have recieved no answer, I still have recieved no product, so what gives? Is your paypal service working? Or should I have used a credit card instead; if so, then why have a paypal option on your site?Can I please get a response from someone, anyone about the status of my purchase, I read somewhere in your FAQ section, that you usually respond to someone within 24 hours, unless it's a holiday or weekend; well the 8th was Monday.I checked with my Bank to see if they had sent an e-check from the account that pays, whenever I use paypal, and they had sent the money.If there is some kind of problem please let me know, so that I can try to resolve it. August 10, 200619 yr When you sent PMDG support an email, did you recieve the automated response? They are VERY good about getting to you quickly. I've had times where I received a response in less then 2 hours.
August 10, 200619 yr Then either PMDG didn't get your email, or you didn't receive their response.I would check your spam folders, and see if it didn't get put in there. If you don't find anything, I would try sending them another email from a different account.
