Im thinking about getting the 737NG and was wondering is the virtual cockpit just for looks or is it functional?

It's fully functional with the 800/900 addon... The 600/700 was originally developed under FS2002 and is partially functional. The 800/900 will update the 600/700 VCs to make them completely functional by the way...

Thanks for the quick reply, Ill have to think about the 800/900 addon (it looks good anyway ;))Now heres an idea (im highly doubting this will happen) mabye in like a patch you could put the 600/700 VC's into the orignal one

You cant go wrong with the 737 I still fly it more than anything else its just that fun. Another developer has the older classic version dunno how good it is you might want to check it out.
