My PMDG crashes to desktop when i select the aircraft.

Hi ya guys,im having a little problem whenever i select a PMDG 747-400 aircraft my flight simulator crashes to desktop and i dont know why, i have never come across this problem before. I have tried to solve this problem by the following ways: Re install PMDG 747Read the CTD troubleshoot page on the PMDG website.None of these have helped at all so i was wondering if someone could give me some help or advice.

Hi (Please sign your real name per forum rules next time),When exactly is this happening? Right when you select the plane or when you actually try to load the sim with it?
