Hi, last Sunday i emailed PMDG support regarding the revalidation of my license key for the PMDG 747-400 which has unfortunately run out due to computer problems resulting in several reinstallations of FS.However, i stil havent receievd a reply even though it says it should take only 24 hours for a reply.Thanks

I feel your pain, I haven't been able to get help for my CDU Hardware installation problems. Anybody know what's going on with PMDG. At $1350 for the CDU, was expecting better support and an easy installation.

Nameless guys,Please sign your posts with your real name as per the forum rules.You should get an automated reply after you've sent the support request. If you didn't recieve the auto-reply then PMDG most likely never got the mail.Check your spam filters as most of these problems are due to mail caught in the above mentioned filters.Hope it helps,
