FSNAVIGATOR 4.6 => PMDG 737 NG 600/700 Help ?

Featured Replies

Hi All ! I'm running FS2004 and FSNAV version 4.6 and the problem that I have is that when I'm in FSNAV and hit the AP Button FS2004 will not take command from FSNAV so the flight plan in FSNAV never gets ingaged. I'm using PMDG 737 NG 600/700 with the updated version. Is there any help you give me please ? Thanks Scott

Scott,The A/P in the NG is not using any of the FS default FS 'autopilot' processes that's why FSNav can not take command over the NG A/P.The only help is to try to learn the aircraft autopilot. It will be well worth it.Cheers,

I also believe FSNav 4.7 is the most current version. As Matts has said, you can't hand over control of the PMDG to FSNav. Besides, why would you want to? The FMC and autopilot in the PMDG is much more sophisticated and accurate. I still use FSNav on every flight, just not in an active flight mode. It provides a good reference and moving map.

My question is, why would you want FSNav to control your flight when the NGs when that package comes with a very comprehensive FMC.. There is an addon available at the FSNav site that will export your FSNav flight plan to PMDG format.. I highly recommend this..------------------------------------------------------------------Joe FritschChief Operations OfficerNoble Air VAhttp://www.nobleair.com"It's not the fall that kills ya.
