747-400 and FSNavigator

Featured Replies

A friend of mine has the PMDG 737-800/900 aircraft and uses FSNavigator (FSN) to generate flight plans. Under FSN, he creates his own plan and then uses an FSN add-on to export the plan for use with FS9. Looks easy, but it appears the the export feature uses a DLL that he downloaded from the FSN site.Reading a small number of topics listed within the forum, it appears that FSN will also export the PMDG 747-400 flight plans. Does this export feature require a DLL? If so, where is the DLL available?PCPilot, in there September/October issue, began a series on a guide on how to fly Jet Airliners. They are using the 747-400 as its primary teaching tool. Although I have the Level-D and Feelthere Boeings, I think that it would be interesting to acquire the 747-400 to follow the series. Tom

Never mine, I think I figured it out.Use the the FSN PMDG 737 DLL. If I understand the different messages located within the forum, the FSN output file is found in the PMDG file folder and it can actually be used for either the 737 or the 747.Tom
