Pablo,You need to climb through a certain altitude for the altitude callouts to be reset. I can't remember what altitude though. IIRC this is as it works in real life as well.We need more information about the procedure where you get PROGRAM ERROR to be able to help you. IIRC you can get an extended centreline waypoint by chosing a runway only and not an approach.Hope it helps,
