no vspeeds on pmdg 737

Recommended Posts

Hi allDoes anyone have any idea why after inputting all data into the fmc, I hit the buttons for the v speeds and nothing happens. It was working well for over a year but something has changed and now when I hit the v1 vr and v2 buttons nothing happensAny thoughts. just seems plain strange to mePeterPeter K P.EngCF-MMZToronto Ontario CanadaPMDG 747,737and 747FLevel D 767PSS Airbus pro A340-300In reality, a Mooney 201 Pilot

Did you check if Cruise Altitude, flap settings and weights were all loaded?- Neeraj

Peter,Sounds obvious but you have selected a departure runway because i think if you haven't or if you change it, the V speeds get deleted, although you do get an FMC warning for this.

You should be able to get v-speeds even with no runway selected. Once you select a runway (or change prior selection) they will get deleted though. Have you clicked the ACTIVATE button on the RTE page and pressed EXECUTE button on the FMC? Is the airplane loaded correctly (i.e. not overloaded so much that FMC is not able to compute?) Go to the INIT REF page and try with a low amount of fuel, like say 5.0 BLK (= 5,000 pounds) and see if it works.- Neeraj
