April 13, 200719 yr Good Morning,A few weeks ago, my pc suffered a hard drive crash, all data unrecoverable. After getting a new HD i installed windows, and flight sim and then attempted to install my addons only to find the dvd i had burnt them too was corrupt. I logged into my PMDG e commerce account and purchased the extended download services for the 747-400 and F models which clearly show on my account. I then emailed PMDG, requesting download links. One week has passed and i had sent a follow up email. I have not heard anything from PMDG about my request.Any ideas guys ?Thanks in Advance
April 13, 200719 yr Commercial Member Darren,Did you get an automated response from us when you emailed? If not, our emails to you are being blocked by spam filters or something to that effect...
