Is it legal and can you move the 737TNG FMC to another place such as the Beech King Air?

The FMC is specifically made for the 737NG. It won't work with any other aircraft.

Definitely will not work - the FMC uses performance and engine data tables that are specifically calibrated for the 737. There are a few products out there like Ernie Alston's gauge stuff that might do what you're looking for though.
