There is a lot to study in this pic. Of course, we don't know for sure what's going on with the left-hand wheell trucks. My personal guess is that the aircraft was in a very slight left bank at the moment of contact. Perhaps a mild wind gust, or the runway surface was not perfectly even, or maybe the wheels were slightly misaligned. Either way, I am guessing that the elevation of the right rear tire at this point could have be measured in centimeters or even millimeters. The photographer's timing is really amazing. The window for this getting shot would must have been a fraction of a second. I bet he couldn't do it again.
