Having bought a new PC, I'm trying to re-install my download versions of the 747-400 and 747-400F.The installer prompts me to enter my email address, password and order ID, BUT... when I hit the 'Validate' button, the installer window just closes.I am using Windows Vista.Hope you might be able to help!Thanks,
