no view out the window in 747f 2d view

Help!My 747 and 747f work well except for one little problem, The view out the window on the 747f 2d view is black ( i.e no immage whatsoever)I have no idea how to fix this and running repair in of no use. I had prior advise to reinstall a file : ( PMDG_744_VC_Glass_T.bmp), I tried to find this but I do not see it anywhere.Thoughts?PeterPeter K P.EngCF-MMZToronto Ontario CanadaPMDG 747,737and 747FLevel D 767PSS Airbus pro A340-300In reality, a Mooney 201 Pilot
