January 8, 200818 yr PMDG,I own many FS9 and FSX products. I consider myself a bit hard core for the advanced stuff. My use of these many products has resulted in varying degrees of satisfaction and frustration. The point I want to make is that among all these vendors and products, PMDG stands out as superlative in design, quality, comprehensiveness, documentation, and reliability. Things work like they should and they are delivered when promised, complete. Sure there is further versioning for improvements, but PMDG responds the quickly and competently in my opinion. I own all of your products and enjoy flying them on a regular basis. So I wanted to take this moment to express my gratitude for your commitment to excellence and the dividend of enjoyment we obtain from it. Thank you.Grant Millikan
January 8, 200818 yr Grant - Adding to your comments.Last Sunday I was fortunate to 'fly' the Boeing 737-800 in a simulator at Darling Harbour' Sydney, Australia. Have flown the PMDG 737 and 747 in Fs9 for sometime.I was absolutely amazed how close to the real thing the PMDG 737 was. What really thrilled me was the fact that I could make sense of all the instrumentation, displays etc before we 'started' cold at Sydney terminal. We flew from Sydney (YSSY) to Melbourne(YMML) had to fly manual to 33000 ft (oh dear) then auto then manual from 20 miles out to runway 16 and then taxi to terminal (phew)Changing flaps, gear etc was a little different to using a mouse.Congratulations PMDGHugh EdwardsBadbiggles:-)

January 8, 200818 yr I agree 100%I just got the 747-400 for FS9 and previously owned the 737 6-to-900 and B1900C/D. The 400F is on my radar now :) These are the best out there and totally worth the cost.
