Flaps not retracting- missing flap structure

I very much enjoy flying the PMDG 747-400 and now have it for FSX.However I cannot retract the outer flaps -see picture.Also front flaps on wing consists of many black "spikes" instead of flap structure.(see photo) How can I fix these items ?Mal

Dude those are not flaps, they are outboard Ailerons.Rob

He's right about the first shot. You must have been turning left when you took the pic???Check the previous postings on leading edge flaps on the forum. You probably haven't selected "advanced animations" in FSX.Cheers.Q>
