I just purchased both PMDG 747-400X and FS2Crew 747-400X Edition and I cannot get the downloads to complete. The download gets to 99% then stops and eventually times out. I have tried to download both with Internet Explorer and Firefox, both give me the same result. I have tried to e-mail support, but I never recieve any acknowledgement that the message was even recieved. This is very disappointing considering how much money I just shelled out for nothing.Charles

Charles,Try shooting support an email again. This time use a web based email account like yahoo, hotmail, gmail or similar.Hope it helps,
