hello I have a copy of the PMDG 747 Queen of the skies that i bought a couple of years ago, which has seen a few better days - being put in and out of the case for reinstall of FS - due to FS crashing to the point where you have to start from scratch. Anyway The disc is in the shape where it is unreadable by the install program. Is there a way that I could get the disc replaced through PMDG, and pay a moderate charge, or is my only option to just replace it and buy a new copy at retail?ThanksZach Bender K7LTF

Zach,I'd try contacting Aerosoft with the details of your purchase to see what their replacement policy is. I don't know what it may be but perhaps you'd have to mail in your damaged disc for a replacement???
