The T/C and T/D points in FSB's waypoint table are calculated based on the aircraft profile stored in its database plus the effects of winds aloft if you have it interfaced to Active Sky. FSB might best be considered an estimate of the aircraft performance. In the FSB aircraft tab for the aircraft you choose check the gross empty weight (weight less fuel) and enter the surface temperature to get closer. Those points in the ND are calculated by the aircraft performance data entered (weight, cost index, cruise level, etc.) and weather effects (average winds aloft at cruise) as calculated in the FMC from the aircraft performance profile. It would help to know which model you are referring to.Make sure all of the performance entries are placed into the FMC.I am not sure if you are doing a short leg so that you are not reaching your requested cruise altitude but have to start descent without ever reaching cruise what it will show.
