747 airspeed problems

Hello, I just downloaded the most recent upgrade for the PMDG 2004 747 and I dont know what is happening. I will be at my cruise altitude and suddenly notice the green arrow on the airspeed dropping down to the yellow stall tape and notice my EPR is maxed out. then the air speed after about 30 seconds starts to climb. I stalled once and could not recover. all passengers DEAD. can you help please?Jorge
