August 7, 200223 yr Well here in St. Louis with what is now American Connection (Use to be Trans World Express) there are three different callsigns that are used. And these three callsigns come from...Three different airlines that operate under a code share program for American Connection (TWE).. Those are..Trans State Airlines Operates: J41, ATR42, ATR72, and EMB 145Callsign: LOFSpoken as: WaterskiCorporate Express Operates: J31Callsign: CEASpoken as: Corp-XChautauqua Airlines Operates: Saab 340 and EMB 145Callsign: CHQSpoken as: ChautauquaSo if you are flying the J41 and any of the ATRs you will always be LOF, with the Saab 340 you are always CHQ, and with the J31 you are CEA. As for the EMB-145 you can check the schedules for the flight on aa.com and it will usually say if it's Trans States or Chautauqa.Jason
