PMDG 737NG for FS9

Featured Replies

Greetings:I have downloaded and attempted to install the 737NG for FS9. The download went find, the extraction went fine... however when I start the installer it processes for a few seconds then gives me an error message.."FS(Version 9.1.0.50901(FS9.1 at least) required. You only have FS9 Version 9.0.0.30612 installed. Please install FS9.1 or later to use this product."On its face value this is wrong. I have the 9.1 patch installed, in fact I triple checked and the "about" in my MSFS says...Version 9.1 Build 40901.01I have tried the FS9 Path Utility from the PMDG FAQ wiki, and I even tried the Flight 1 freeware utility that "fixes the FS9 registry" and restarted several times. I have deleted and downloaded the PMDG file once as well, all to no avail.I have installed Captain Sim, PSS, and Level D products and never had a problem like this before. I am not a computer programmer, so whatever help is out there is appreciated. Note* I did a search of the forums before I posted this, and didn't seem to find anything... my apoligies in advance if this has been discussed earlier and a link would be appreciated.Very Respectfully,Bill

I believe this has something to do with the proper FSUIPC being installed. Try downloading the latest FSUIPC .dll from Pete Dowson's site and see if that works.Jack
