July 6, 200223 yr John KamphausHello everyone. I have a question. I an using Mike's 757 PIC merge and the N1 wont go past 99%. Is it supposed to be like that? Or is something wrong? Could somebody please help with this? Thanks.

July 8, 200223 yr Commercial Member The autothrottle system is calibrated for the flight model that came with PIC. It will not be able to achieve the same engine settings unless the engine tables in the 757 air file are the same. The performance prediction and engine control in the sim is tied to that flight model. You aren't going to get correct performance with another flight model, particularly one for a different aircraft.Regards,Wade
July 8, 200223 yr I would assume that a fix will not be provided by the PIC767 team.Best to ask your question of the person who created the files causing the problem....this forum is for PIC767 users using the PIC767, developed by the PIC767 Team (formerly known as). Maybe Mr. Toussant can help? The problem you have is not a PIC767 problem.Rob.
July 11, 200223 yr i have a prob at high altitudes while climbingwhen i get around fl300 climbing 500ft a minute i start to loose airspeed. and N1 only will go 93%.Happy Flying-Anthony
