I recently bought The Ultimate Hong Kong Simulation and I Created the taxiways, tower frequencies and everything to work with is but when I enter the reference airport in the fmc( VHH1 in this case) it tells me that it is not in database, What can I do about this?

You'll need to add the airport manually to the PIC navdata text files found in "FS2002/FMCWP/navdata".
