PIC 767 merged with PPOsky 767-300ER

Featured Replies

just a quick question for u PIC 767 veteran pilots. I merged the pic airfile with the posky 767-300 ER will this have any effect on the flight dynamics,, fuel loading, etc, etc as I believ the PIC 767 is just the standard 767-300 not the extended range version correct??

Will it have any effect on WHICH flight dynamics? How did you do the merge? If you did my merge, it will fly exactly like PIC, not like POSKY.Lee Hetherington (KBOS)

Use Lee's merge. It works great and assures that you won't have any problems.Ryan-Flightpro08 :-coolVATSIM Pilot/ControllerZLA ARTCC Controller 1 (C-1)SAN TRACON Lead [link:www.taxiwaysigns.com]Taxiwaysigns.com Scenery Designer-----------------------------My "Home Made" System Specs:Intel Pentium 4 2.2GHz ProcessorTurbo Gamer ATX Mid-Tower with 420W Power SupplyEPoX 4G4A Motherboard with Intel 845G ChipsetVisiontek XTASY GeForce4 128MB Ti4600 (Det 30.30 Drivers)512MB PC2100 DDR RAM40GB Matrox 7200RPM Hard DriveWindows XP Home Edition*No CPU or GPU Overclocking*3dMark2001SE Score: 10346

The PIC 767 is the extended range version, so you'll have no problems using the PIC airfile. Everything will be down to the numbers. Your merged 762s however may fly a bit further than they should, but that's a small price to pay for the overall realism of the panel and aircraft behaviour in general.Cheers,Gosta.

I believe he said he was using the PIC airfile, his question being whether PIC models the extended range 763 or not.Cheers,Gosta.
