Hi Ferry,There are probably more than these, but here are some of them anyway:KLM - Mainly used to thin African routes and to the Middle East.Martinair - On charters all over southern Europe, Caribbian and the Far East (Thailand)Delta - Suppose they would go to either ATL or JFK, perhaps bothContinental - Back to the states, dunno where.Have fun
