When Flying the 767, controol serfices stop to operate when used, i order full (left) ruder, it moves, when i center the joystic, it stays in the full left position. Same for Elevators and allorons.

I'v had it with rudder before, but never on airlerons and elevators etc. With my system it only happens when the framerates are really low. (ie 6 and down) and only the rudder and only on the ground. I usually correct it by stopping the aircraft on the taxiway, pushing rudder to full the same direction that it's stuck and then slowly centering. Sometimes takes a few tries but usually works eventually. I subsequently prevent it from reaccuring by not commanding full rudder, only partial (about 50% deflection of full allowable) Though your problem may be different.
