Posky Merge

Featured Replies

Hello everyone..I'am having a problem with the posky merge program. What I did was extracted the posky merge program to my FS2002Aircraft folder. I copied the Model & Texture folder from my 767 Posky aircraft and copied them to the Posky PIC Posky2 folder.. Then I clicked on the setup.bat file located in the Posly PIC Posky2 folder.. When I click the setup.bat this is the error I get: ERROR: YOU MUST HAVE TA TEXTURE FOLDER COPIED FROM THE POSKY AIRCRAFT FOLDERERROR: COULD NOT FIND THE FILE TEXTURETIRE1.BMPcan someone please help..

It sounds to me like you might be trying to use my POSKY v2 merge with a POSKY v3 (gmax) aircraft. That won't work. The gmax model does not use a texture called tire1.bmp.Please search this forum for "Hetherington PIC POSKY" to find my v3 merges. I can't remember the URL offhand.Lee Hetherington (KBED)

Eggyman, Here is the link to the correct merge file {for 767-300 series} http://www.sls.lcs.mit.edu/ilh/fs/PIC-POSKY-v3-763.zip Now, there does seem to be a problem like you mention with SOME Posky aircraft, I have had the problem myself. Any 300 series off of Open Sky's web site DOES work. Best Wishes,Randy J. [email protected]" A little learning is a dangerous thing"
