Yes all the rr and pw 757v2's are using Iz's FDE. If you open up the aircraft cfg you will see his name.Regards,Van LatendresseYeoDesigns Panel/FDE Designer

Who is IZ'S and how can i get his FDE or the thing he did to make pic compatible with the 757

Well Iz iz moi and all you have to do really is to open your panel.cfg file in the PANEL directory of the iFDG 757 folder. Then change the alias line to:alias="767 PIC Wilco Publishingpanel"That'll do it. Enjoy.Iz

What about the zero fuel weight amd max gross weight changes ?plus what about the electrical data from .cfg of the pic ?

Hi,You should copy over the electrical data from the PIC aircraft cfg and that should do it. Iz had said in an earlier thread that entering a 130.0 metric(286.7 lbs) zfw for take off should give you a good vref for take off and entering a 115 metric (253.6 lbs) weight will give good vref numbers for approach. Because the PIC fmc was created for the heavier 767-300, these weights must be used rather then the actual zfw that Iz has in the 757 aircraft cfg or you will get totally unrealistic vref info.Regards,Van LatendresseYeoDesigns Panel/FDE Designer

Look i am sorry to bother you but i want to get this rightin the aircraft.cfg i have: [WEIGHT_AND_BALANCE]max_gross_weight = 115000.000empty_weight = 130000.000What should it be so it will be compatible with the pic 767 panel ??so basically modifing the weight and electrical should do or should i do something else to complete the merge ??thanks for the help

Hi again,The only thing to transfer to the 757 aircraft cfg is the electrical section from PIC aircraft cfg. Don't touch the weights section at all. What I had said in my previous post is to add 130t metric into the fmc (zfw) for fairly accurate take off vref's and 115t metric (zfw) for your approach vref speeds. If you enter the actual lighter 757 zfw, the fmc will be way off. So basically forget about what you see in the aircraft cfg as far as weights go and enter the previously mentioned zfw weights into the fmc during the programming phase before your flight and just before you start your descent change your zfw to 115t metric and you will get pretty good vref for your approach.Hope it's not all too confusing, but it's the best that can be done for people using the PIC panel.Regards,Van LatendresseYeoDesigns Panel/FDE Designer
