I've been reading these post here and I am not sure of the proper procedure for take off and climb out such as how long to hold V2+15 and how to use N1 for climb out. Can someone explain how to take off and climb out or post a sight where to find this information.Thanks

Hold V2 + 15-25 till you engage climb mode which is most likly a SOP thing as regards to which alt. Here is what I have been doing. Set MCP alt, Hit N1, at 1000' hit climb, at 1500' start flap retraction etc, engage Vnav and depending on where I am at engage Lnav. There are for sure MANY differn't ways people here do it, so find one that suites you and is used by a real world pilot/Airline.
