Taxi Lights wont work with default PIC B767

Featured Replies

Hi Randy,I have downloaded your excellent VFR package pic_767_vfr_panel.zip, everything works fine, except I can't get the taxi lights to work, or rain effects. Panel looks absoloutely fantasic!I can switch from normal front panel to your VFR Panel, but when I click on the lights on your superb panel, it clicks but nothing happens.I only use the default PIC B767, (not POSKY merge)Any help would be greatly appreciated.Sorry to be a nusiance.Best Wishes and many thanks,ChrisEGBB

Hey Chris, Thanks for the complement. As to your problem, you don't have any lights from the cockpit with the default aircraft. You need the Posky Merge for that. As for no rain on the windscreen, did you check to see if rain is showing from the MAIN panel? Please check your weather settings etc. It does work :) If this fails you can send me your panel cfg and I will check it for you.Best Wishes, Randy J. Many Thanks Randy.Being new to the superb PIC B767-300, is the POSKY Merge difficult?, many thanks.Best Wishes,Chris

I'm glad you asked! I have wrote a "HOW TO" just for folks like yourself Chris. You will be very happy with the results of the Merge. Infact it will DOUBLE your frame rates from the spot view and it only uses the textures from the Posky not the airfile etc. Go here: http://ftp.avsim.com/cgi-bin/dcforum/dcboa...rum=DCForumID33Best Wishes, Randy J.
