Any ideas what is wrong'ThanksRonald Neil

Hi:Firstly thank you for your reply. That is my problem I do not see that area that you describe it is completely blank.Regards,Ron

You need to register for the site first. After registration all the options will be available. Then simply expand the "drop-down" menu and select the option you want.

Hello:Well I am registered and I see that my name is listed as user however that box below where one can make the selection is completely whited out.Regards,Ron

Hi Ron,well, do you use a firewall (possible Norton?)) When yes, try to disable it for a test! The menue below your registered name is a JavaScript and i have gotten some mails from user, which had the same problem.I don

Hello:Well that was the problem, Norton Internet Security, once disabled all was well. Thanks to those who took the time to respond.Regards,Ron

Hi there. Late comer to thread but I've run into the same problem and cured it without disabling the firewall. Apparently the site makes the left menu look like an ad to Norton Firewall. If ad blocking is on the menu won't show up. If you want to keep the firewall active when at the navdata site just turn off the add blocking for that site only.Regards Terry

Even better...you can add the site to your Trusted Sites list from within Norton Internet Security.
