April 28, 200323 yr Is there a way to assign the cockpit to ground communication commands to either my joystick (button)or a keyboard (key)? Going to the menu stops the program and tends to take away from the simulation.Terry
April 29, 200323 yr Terry,A very good question indeed! However, I doubt that there are any quick links to the ground commands. Could someone wiser educate us on this matter. You have checked the keyboard settings in PIC preferences, haven't you ? As I recall, there weren't such settings in there though...Tero PPL(A)
April 30, 200323 yr Tero, Thanks for your response. It looks like we had a lot of lookers but no one seems to have the answer. I would guess it is buried somewhere in the FS2002 code as I have not been able to find it in the aircraft cfg files. Would anyone out there know how to open the FS code to take a look at it? Oh well, guess we will have to wait for FS2004 and see if it has been fixed.Terry
April 30, 200323 yr I f you have a Yoke or Joystick capable of handling key sequences, you can program a button to do something like:"alt+p ", which will request power connection from the pic menu.Give it a try - it is not perfect but much better than doing it manually.Ilan Jonas
