Having One File For Multiple Liveries Question

Featured Replies

hello i am aware that you can have one file and put multiple liveries by having different textures, and giving them other names like texture.1, texture.2 and so on and also add those textures inputs into the aircraft.cfg file. i had done all that, but i still get one aircraft that shows up under the aircraft menu under FS2002, and this is for the 767PIC with posky model. Hi Adib, with the POSKY 767s, it is not enough to copy over just the texture folders, as there are a lot of different models as well, reflecting not only engine types, but antenna configurations etc. So you'd be best off to copy over the different model folders as well and name them accordingly ('model.united' etc.).If you added the correct entries, the planes should show up. If you copy and paste your .cfg entries, it would be easier to figure out what went wrong :).Cheers,Gosta.http://hifi.avsim.net/activesky/images/wxrebeta.jpg

Setup your Posky Folder as follows:model.gemodel.pwmodel.rrpanelsoundtexture.dal1texture.dal2texture.dal3In the config make sure that where it says model = the model type Delta Use. Then where it says texture put in DAL1. Next aircraft put in DAL2 etc.Hope this helps.

here you go boss let me know what the problem is. i have three different textures. texture texture.1 texture.2 and three different models. (model.noc) (model.nnc) (model.ooc) but the actual model file under the model folder is the same for all three aircrafts. Best Regards Adib Afraj

Hi Adib, unfortunately, the attachment doesn't show up :(. But never mind, if your entries are like Mark's, you should be ok. Just make sure the [fltsim=x] numbers are consecutive to your previous entry, and that every livery has a unique title.Cheers,Gosta.http://hifi.avsim.net/activesky/images/wxrebeta.jpg
