Hi there;-)Just a pair of questions;During the last week I tried to download the Taximod.zip file and when I truied to open it was completely imposible.I followed the instructions appeared in the mail posted in this foruma month ago and when I try to modify the Air.file I'am not surewhere's the line to change the N1 values.Any chance to download the initial taximod.zip file from another site?If anyone could send me the file would be Ok.And secondly. Well, first of all, a lot of time out of the simworld. Finally I decided to take the plunge and get the PPL and I don't have enought time to spend with the PC.I downloaded the VSI TCAS modification and after reading the instructions I'am not pretty much sure if I should change the entire file or just write the new command and leave the rest of the file.Any feedback will be very much appreciated. Thanks very much in advance :-)E.CastroVatsim spain.

Check this forum entry on installation. I went back to the site and downloaded the mod zip again and it is fine. http://forums.avsim.com/dcboard.php?az=sho...id=15836&page=8Here's the link again:http://members.fortunecity.de/djnoisyMake sure you also download AirEd per the instructions, it's just a matter of putting one entry on the clip board to edit the PIC aircraft.cfg file. Which should be backed up ahead of time, of course. If you still have problems send me your e-mail address and I'll send you the modzip. On the outstanding VSI TCAS, it's just a matter of putting the new guage in your FS2002 guages folder and editing just one line in the panel.cfg. If you follow the instructions exactly as written it should work fine. Remember that you need AiBridge for the traffic to show up.good luck,

Thanks very much for your reply Chris. Now the taxymod file works Ok, maybe a winzip failure. The Tcas gauge also is Ok now.But I notice that once you nudge the throtles, the taxy speed increses and you have to apply brake pressure to control the speed. That probably will tend to overheat the Brakes and would reduce brake effectiveness during a rejected takeoff, not in this sim for sure
