August 20, 200322 yr I haven't been on a 767 for years, but on 8/31, I'll board BA flight 724, a 767-300 for a 1:35 hop LHR to GVA. Yay! I wonder if I'll get a peek at the cockpit, even on the ground.I have four legs in this trip, with four different aircraft types: 747-400, 767-300, A319, 777-200, all on BA.Lee Hetherington (KBED)
August 20, 200322 yr Hi Lee,I don't want to dampen your hopes, but having flown on BA's European routes out of LHR regularly for about 15 years, I can tell you one thing - they do like to change planes a lot, according to demand. So you've got about a one in three chance of getting either an A319, A320 or a 763, regardless of what the timetable or itenerary says. But then, the same is true for your return flight from Geneva. Of course, you could always rig the odds in your favour by buying a hundred or so more tickets... :).Cheers,Gosta.http://hifi.avsim.net/activesky/images/wxrebeta.jpg
