What after market weather addon is best?

Jim, it depends on what sim you use. For FS2002, AS WXRE & FSMETEO are about the same, but for FS9 AS2004 is the better of the 2.

Mike,Okay, I own Meteo, AS WXRE and AS2004. In FS2002 there is very little to split them, but AS2004 is built specifically for FS9, where as the latest Meteo version is an upgrade to make it FS9 compatible.I don't want to get drawn into a debate about why I think it's better in FS9 than Meteo. The screenshots forum is a good place to see some of the visual enhancements that it brings.
